have you ever wondered; why it is; we love this music?

I've been humming and haring about writing this post tonight.

Honestly, my mind is cluttered with topic ideas, and I fear this may become a very opinionated post.

However, I have to share with the world my love for the huge new film that has recently hit the cinemas with a bang!

Avatar!

Now, I think this is a film you either love, or hate. My guess is the majority of the world's population love it. I don't know a lot about the making of the film, only that it has been in planning for about 25 years and that the producers blew a huge sum of money on it. ($300,000,000?). Anyway,

IN MY OPINION..

... it is a fantastic film. I saw it in 3D and it truly blew me away! I will say with great confidence that it is the best film I have ever seen. However, I am no film critic and I'm really not interested in anyone else's opinion on it, simply because I don't have the required insight into the making of this film (or films in general) to create a strong, and/or interesting argument.

So, let's keep this blog simple and as least bias as possible, shall we?... I...?

Ok, so, whenever I watch a film my mind goes bazzy with ideas. Mainly phylosophical thoughts on the world, emotions, reality, religion, faith.. pretty much anything.

So, I am still at this point deciding a decent topic to write about that will not lead to people being offended or angered by what I type.

My Psychodynamics

Ok, so.. yes it has been a long time since I last posted here. But I have my excuses, what with Christmas and New Year and such. Many family occasions (my cousin's wedding, Boxing Day family party, etc) and to be completely honest with you, I haven't thought of anything interesting to write.

So, I was just on facebook attempting to clear my profile of crappy, annoying applications, when I came across a tab to link my facebook page to my blogger page and vise versa. One thing lead to another and here I am blogging again.

Did you miss me?

So, the title of this blog is "My Psychodynamics", let me explain. As I was clicking my way through links and links and links to wind up at my dashboard, I noticed an old blog I made in 2006 was hiding behind a chain of passwords. Yes, I am an internet geek and managed to view that blog in no time.

It was quite incredible reading something I had written over 3 years ago. There were a couple of photos posted as well. You'll probably find a link to that blog somewhere on my profile, let me tell you now, unless you knew me back then, it really isn't worth reading. There are two posts and they are all about school and family life.

However, what I found interesting was a photo I had taken back in '06 of Gordon Ramsey. According to my blog he was signing books outside.. a book shop? And I remember vividly snapping the photo of him. It isn't a very flattering one, but I was and still am very proud of having taken it.

I remember the security guards and crowds of people blocking my view and how proud I was to get that one photo. Aah, I seem to be building a suspense, I think anyone reading this would be slightly disappointed if I did not continue to import that very photo.

So, for the pleasure of my readers, here is my brush with fame;

Not bad 'ay?

Anyway, that was just a quick update post, that didn't really update you all.. it was pretty much just a ramble about my old blog. However, I promise I'll write again soon, about some more interesting issues that most of us can relate to.

Feel free to comment.. it makes me feel good!

Ta-ta for now.

Less is More

Here we go..

Okay, so, yesterday I started writing a blog continuing on from my bullying rant. Then, whilst frantically searching to internet for a poem I wanted to post, I got frustrated and gave up. Having thought about it today, I think it's best I leave that subject alone now, as they say "less is more" and I'm sure I've made my point.

Anyway, seeing as I can't think of anything to really blog about today, I thought I'd keep this short and sweet and turn it into a bit of a 'shout-out' to my fellow bloggers.

Let's start with George - The Editor's Cave

Now, like many blogs, this one has a main focus. It is all about Media/Film/Photography. George is a close friend of mine and has started blogging at the same time as me. He has yet to upload any of his work, but the blogs so far are very interesting and portraiy his own opinion on the subjects it covers. If you like this blog, keep an eye on it, look out for his photography posts as I'm sure they will be.. awesome! Also, there is a link on his page to his 'Flickr' site, many of his best shots are up there, so if it catches your interest, it's worth taking a look.

Secondly, my best friend in the whole wide world (let's not get soppy about it) is Ellie - Late Nights and Bad Films

She started blogging in 2006, but as her first post says, she decided to clear her blog of the past and bring in the new. And she has definitely done that with style. Correct me if I'm wrong, but from the looks of things her blog is based around psychology and good books. I'm not a reader myself, but I know she has a very good taste in literature. You can tell by how well she writes her posts. They may appear a little sophisticated, but what's wrong with that? If I had the vocabulary and skills to write as she does, I'd be very proud of myself. So, of course I am very proud to have her following me on blogger. I won't get too personal, incase she'd rather I didn't, but I can tell you that Ellie is one special person, one in a million for sure.

P.S. Adding photos is proving to be fatal. Thank god this post saves itself every few seconds, otherwise I would have lost everything when Safari quite unexpectedly. Aslo, I don't know why and I can't seem to change the fact that the above paragraph is underlined...

Now, I said I'd keep this short and sweet, but there's just one more person I'd like to mention. Last, but by no means least is my sister, Emily- shutup and listen

She also started blogging at roughly the same time as me. All of these blogs are written very differently and if you knew these people as well as I do, you could say ttheir style of writing very much relates to their overall personality. Emily is younger than us, she is more laid back and takes a much less formal approach to blogging. Her posts so far have been a bit personal, but not specific enough to be related back to events in her life. If you get reading Emily's blogs you will notice many of the things she posts about can be generalised to people (especially) girls her age. It's an easier read and could be considered 'entertaining' when she packs it out with her own style of humour.

BTW! there is a content warning when you try to access Emily's blog, this is simply because she sometimes uses swear words. Of course, if you are offended by this, don't bother accepting the warning. But there are no 'dirty' sexual references or obscene photos or anything like that.

So, obviously, I don't know who is reading this other than those three people. I don't even know IF anyone else in the world is reading my posts. But if you are and you can spare the time, take a brief look at the above blogs, I'm sure at least one of them will tickle your fancy. And don't worry, I will encourage them all to update regularly. Also, if you do take any kind of interest in my posts, don't hesitate to follow or subscribe to me, I would appreciate the attention.

Anyway, I best leave it at that for now. Just to let you know, I am considering making another blog under this profile devoted to my Photography.

We'll see.

"my cat is snoring.."

Here we go..

Okay,
So,
It's 22:33pm (obvs pm!) and although I am utterly exhausted, my friend has tempted me into producing a new post. So, I won't go completely off the subject, I'll stick with school ramblings.

Wow, it's hard to know where to start.
I think I'll being with my opinion on school and education in general, then I can break it down into chewable chunks. "Chewable chunks"..?

Trail of Thought

Here we go..

Right, well, I have been thinking a lot about what ideas to base my next post on. But this morning, it came to me; SCHOOL!

It's currently Sunday, I'm half way through the day and it seems as though the weekend has flown by. I remember thinking to myself on Friday;

"at least I still have the weekend to do my homework.."

And, guess what?

I haven't done a minute of studying.

So, as a procrastinator, I decided to delay my homework by writing this blog. I'd like to begin by posting my opinion on homework, then maybe I'll dive head first into the topic of school.

Allow me to express myself..at the risk of blogger insomnia.

Here we go..

Right, I haven't actually written.. or even thought of a plan to my first, proper post. Well, my first ACTUAL post was an introduction. This is the real deal.
